Account deletion

FinKlaro account deletion can be started in the mobile app or requested through support when app access is no longer available.

Delete account in the app

Open the FinKlaro mobile app, go to Settings, then Data and privacy, and choose Delete account.

  • You must confirm the action and enter your account PIN.
  • All connected phones lose access when deletion completes.
  • The current phone clears the local account session after deletion.

If you cannot access the app

If you can no longer sign in, contact FinKlaro support to request account deletion manually.

What happens to data

Deleting the account disables access and triggers deletion or deactivation of stored account data that FinKlaro no longer needs to keep. Some records may still be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, service integrity, operational auditing, or legal record-keeping.

  • Phone-based sign-in access is revoked.
  • Connected phones and recovery codes are invalidated.
  • Operational event records and limited support records may be retained where required or reasonably justified.
