  • Data can then be synchronized to FinKlaro backend systems for backup, consistency, and support operations.
  • Receipts and PDF exports may include merchant and customer transaction data needed for business proof.

Admin and support access

Admin access is restricted by role and tracked through audit records.

  • Support notes, access changes, and user-management actions are logged.
  • Only authorized operators should access merchant support and access workflows.
  • FinKlaro uses these records to improve support quality, security, and accountability.
