Merchant use

Merchant users remain responsible for the data entered into the platform and for reviewing exported documents before formal external use.

  • FinKlaro supports daily operations but does not replace legal or tax advice.
  • Generated receipts and reports should be checked before external compliance use.
  • Merchant teams are responsible for device control and account security on their side.

Admin use

Admin tools are reserved for authorized FinKlaro operators and support staff.

  • Role-based access must be respected at all times.
  • Support notes and access actions must be used for legitimate support activity only.
  • Unauthorized access or misuse may lead to account suspension or removal.

Support and updates

FinKlaro may update product workflows, support processes, and public content to improve service quality and operational reliability.

  • Feature availability may evolve as the platform matures.
  • Support procedures may change to improve incident handling.
